Stock Exchange Listing Project Management

Augur Primacy has extensive experience in assisting Mainland Chinese companies list on both the National Stock Exchange of Australia and the Australian Stock Exchange.

We work as corporate advisors and project managers advising Chinese companies on all aspects of the listing process. We work closely with Australian legal, accounting, stock brokers and publicists to support the company to listing.

National Stock Exchange of Australia

The National Stock Exchange of Australia ("NSX") is a tier one exchange in Australia. The exchange is ideally suited to Chinese companies looking to list on an Australian exchange. The NSX has clear listing requirements which ensure the listing process is transparent and well suited for Chinese companies.

It provides the credibility associated with listing on an Australian regulated stock exchange and the access through it's links with the IRESS to enable mainland Chinese investors through special broking accounts to buy and sell shares listed on the exchange.

Australian Stock Exchange
The Australian Stock Exchange ("ASX") is Australian's largest exchange and is home to many of Australia's largest companies. The ASX is suitable for larger Chinese companies with a significant asset base and strong history of profitability. The listing requirements for ASX companies are more difficult for Chinese companies to meet and the costs associated with listing are significantly higher. The ASX is a larger exchange with greater liquidity however its listing requirements are often prohibitive for some Chinese companies.
