Augur Primacy is a boutique advisory practice that advises public and private companies. The firm develops long term relationships with its clients becoming a key strategic advisor to the owner and senior managers.

We specialise in providing advice to clients which helps improve the performance, profitability, cashflow and capital management of their business.

Through our network from our Significant Investor Visa advisory practice we also work with companies on developing relationships with high net worth foreign investors who are seeking to invest in Australian companies.  

Augur Primacy works closely with clients to develop both long term strategies and short term plans. We focus on ensuring a business is appropriately capitalised and where neccesary assist the owners and senior management to raise capital or debt to ensure they are well positioned to realise both their short and long term goals.

 

We then work with senior management to identify the areas which drive the profitability and cashflow of the business which we consider are the key drivers of the value of a business.

Once the capital management, profitability and cashflows are aligned with the strategies of the business we then work with the owners and senior management on the monitoring and implementation.

 

Augur Primacy generally work with clients on a project or retainer basis which enables us to invest the necessary time in the business on an ongoing basis to implement the strategies and plans developed with the senior management and Directors.

We work closely with a firm's existing legal, financial and other advisors. While we have strong financial backgrounds we do not provide compliance accounting or taxation services and work with clients external accountants.
