Debt Renegotiation & Restructuring

A number of companies in the current economic environment are facing difficult trading conditions. This can result in circumstances where due to poor trading they reach the stage where they breach their banking covenants and are at risk of losing the ongoing support of their bankers.

In these circumstances we work with our clients to:​
 

· Work with the client's financiers to rebuild communication and confidence.

· Prepare financial forecasts to develop plans and strategies to bring the business back within its covenants.

· Work with the Directors and management to restructure the business to improve its viability.

· Prepare regular accurate financial reporting to the bank.

· Negotiate with trade creditors and other statutory authorities.

· Restructure bank debt where possible to provide the business with the necessary funding to enable it to operate within its financial limits.

Over time we work with our clients to return them to a strong financial footing.
