We have summarised below some examples of how we work with our clients and the roles and types of advice we have provided.

Augur Primacy worked with the Directors of a national home builder to assist them to manage their banking relationship with their primary lender.

The client had a regular history of going into excess on their facility which was causing concern for their bankers.

​

Our role was to work with the Directors and senior management to prepare multi business three way cashflow forecasts which were then monitored on a monthly basis against actuals. We then communicated with the financiers on a regular basis to keep them informed on the groups performance and negotiated any facility changes as necessary.

This ensured their key banking relationship was well managed and there were no unwanted surprises which may have caused a loss of confidence by the bank.

We worked on a retainer basis for over two years until they employed thier own in house CFO on our recommendation. 

We work with this client on retainer as their part time CFO. They have a turnover of over $30 million and operate all over Australia. They have had a long history of employing accountants who while capable of preparing basic manangement accounts were not capable of providing senior financial advice to the companies Directors.

On our advice they have restructred their accounting function to employ an accountant on a lower salary to peform the basic accounting tasks in association with the accounts team. An Augur Primacy CFO then works with the business five days per month to manage the senior finance tasks and to work with the Directors on strategic issues and one off projects.

The part time CFO also liaises with thier compliance accountant and auditor for all of their statutory and taxation issues.
